Shipping policy

All items from The East Utopia Trading Company are printed on demand and shipped directly by our production partner, CustomCat.

Processing time: Orders usually take 2–5 business days to print before shipping.
Shipping time: U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier issues.

We currently ship to the U.S. (international options coming soon). Please double-check your shipping address—orders sent to the wrong address can’t be replaced or refunded.

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50 (U.S. only). Expedited shipping options appear at checkout.
