How to Request a Refund

Email us using the button banner at the bottom of the page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number if you have it, so we can find your purchase quickly. 

You don't need to explain why you're unhappy or provide photographs. We'll process your refund to your original payment method.

If your original product arrived damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, a photograph and a brief explanation are helpful. They allow us to work with our printing partners to understand what went wrong and prevent it from happening again.

Photographs and explanations are appreciated, but not required to claim our money-back guarantee.

This satisfaction guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Prefer a Replacement? We Can Do That, Too.

If you'd rather have a different size, color, or product, we're happy to arrange a replacement instead of a refund.

Just email us within 14 days of delivery and tell us what you'd like. Please include:

  • Your original order number.
  • A link to the product page for the replacement you'd like.
  • Your preferred size, color, and any other relevant product options.

Please be specific so we can get your replacement right the first time. We will cover a replacement product of the same price or less. If you need a larger size, we'll also cover the cost of going up one size. Replacements outside these limits are not available, but you can always request a refund under our money-back guarantee.

As with refunds, you do not need to ship the original product back.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Every EUTC product is printed individually to order. Production can begin quickly, which means making changes or canceling an order isn't always possible once it's been placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

We'll do our best to accommodate requests for changes in size, color, or other order details, or to cancel the order before production begins. We've successfully made last-minute adjustments with our printing partners, and we're happy to try.

But we cannot guarantee that any change or cancellation will be possible, even within the first 12 hours. Once production is underway, changes and cancellations generally aren't possible. Outside of 12 hours, pop a flare, send us an email and we'll see what we can do.

If we can't make an adjustment, our 14-day money-back guarantee still applies after delivery.

That means no warehouse, no inventory, and no big-box margins.
