Return & Refund Policy
We’re a small print-on-demand shop — each item is made just for you. Because of that, we can’t offer open-ended returns, but if something’s genuinely wrong, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

1. Email eutc@eastutopiatrading.com within 10 days of delivery.

2. Include your order #, a photo of you with the item, and a brief note.

3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — no need to send anything back.

We can’t accept returns for size or color preferences, buyer’s remorse, or limited-edition/custom designs. Orders can only be canceled before printing begins.

Refunds are processed quickly once approved and typically show up within 5–10 business days.

We’re not Amazon; we’re trying to do business with decency and common sense. When it’s our mistake, we’ll own it and fix it. When it’s not, we’ll still do our best to help.
